Shipping Policy
Important Note on Orders & Production
Whilst we will maintain and build our inventory, our products are made to order. It will take 20–25 days for us to assemble and ship the orders for N Scale operational layout.
The Rolling stock (i.e. Locomotives, Coaches, Wagons, Stations and other items) may be shipped separately from the N Scale Layout Board due to logistics and weight.
For products which are ready and available, they will be shipped within 48 hours once full payment is received.
Delivery Times
- Indian Customers:20–25 days for N Scale layout
- International Customers:1 Month
Please note: Delivery time may vary depending on the mode of Courier and Postal services. Please expect additional time for interior remote areas and unexpected conditions such as weather.
Shipping Charges on Purchase
We offer free shipping on some orders placed within India. For ready to run board layouts and electric transformers, shipping charges apply based on the weight of the product.
For international parcels, charges are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered.
You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
