Service and Repairs

We undertake service and repairs for Model Train Locomotives, Coaches, Wagons, Transformers, etc. in N, HO, and O Gauges. Send us a photo of the Model Train item, along with the problem you are experiencing, and we will ascertain and inform you to courier the item to us. If possible, send the broken or damaged items to us.

Once the item is received by us, we will check for the issue and inform you of the timeline for repairs. This will also depend on spare parts availability. If not readily available, they will need to be sourced either locally, from international sources, or custom fabricated. We will send the cost estimate to you for your approval prior to undertaking the service and repairs.

For Locomotives, after repairs are completed, it will be tested on the layout, and we will record a video and send it to you prior to shipping it back.

We provide a warranty of 3 months on our service and repairs from the date it is shipped to you for general running of the Locomotive and usage. We assume no responsibility for misuse of the item once delivered after service and repairs or non-conformance with the correct handling and usage of the Locomotive and Rolling Stock.

It will be our endeavour to service and repair your Model Railway Trains equipment at the earliest.
